Q. When do Christmas orders close?

All orders must be placed by 7pm, Wednesday 20th December, 2023. This will ensure you don’t miss out on anything.

Q. Do I have to pay for my order now?

No, we will calculate your order for payment at time of collection. This is because many of the items on the Christmas list are sold by weight or have market value that can only be determined on the week of collection.

Q. Why are some of the prices set to $0.00?

Some products, such as fresh produce, will have their prices determined by market value at the time of collection. We have set the prices of these products as $0.00 so that they do not create a false calculation upon order placement.

Q. Am I able to change my order once it’s been placed?

Yes! Just give us a call on 03 6229 2257 before 7pm on Monday 20th December, 2023.

Q. Can I order additional products that aren’t listed here?

Yes! Simply write out in the order notes upon checkout what you’d like to include in your Christmas order and we’ll ensure it is there for you upon collection. If there is any chance the stock won’t be available, we’ll give you a call to discuss.

Q. Can I place my order in-store?

Yes! Simply head into your preferred store and speak to our friendly staff at the deli or butchers. They will help you put together your Christmas Order.

Q. Can I decide which store to collect my order from?

Yes! Simply choose any of our six stores from the selection upon checkout. You can also select your preferred time and date of collection.
